摘要
目的探讨医院发热门诊存在的必要性及运作模式。方法通过部分驻京军队医院发热门诊的调研结合在发热门诊工作的实际进行总结。结果目前发热门诊存在的问题:重视程度不够;设置不规范、设施不配套;编制、人员不固定;任务不饱满,随季节变化、疫情发展波动大;学科优势未形成,作用难发挥。运作模式设想:成立发热疾病科,固定人员、编制;设置独立诊区,完善配套设施;不同时期采取不同运作模式;加强学科建设,尽早实现学科优势。结论发热门诊应长期设置,并有相对固定的运作模式,形成学科优势才能进一步发展。
Objective To explore the existing necessity and proper running mode pattern of fever clinic in one comprehensive hospital.Methods The works were summarized based on the investigations of fever clinics in some military hospitals in Beijing,in addition to the practice of the author at the fever clinic.Results Some problems were found in fever clinics running：failing to pay necessary attention;with no standard and unmatched facilities; frequent change of staffing number and personnel;the seasonal change of fever patients with epidemic state waved in an unstable way;lack of superiority of the fever clinic discipline.At last the running mode in the future were proposed as：establishing the department of the fever-related disease with fixed personnel and framework;establishing independent examination area,equipping with necessary facilities;running pattern according to the different epidemic state at different time;enhancing the steps of discipline construction.Conclusion It＇s necessary to keep the existing of the fever clinic in a long-term time with a relatively fixed running mode,with which further development can reached of the discipline superiority.
