摘要
文章回顾总结了50余年来我国预防保健事业取得的成就,研究分析了21世纪面临的公共卫生挑战。指出挑战着重体现在经济模式和健康模式的变化;影响人类健康的因素增多;以及我国现行预防保健存在的问题。并就中国医师如何迎接挑战。适应卫生服务需求提出了要求。
This article sums up the great achievement made during the past 5 decades in our country and analyzes the challenges of public health in the 21st century. According to the author, the challenge comes from various aspects, including the change of economic patterns and health modes, increase of factors affecting human' s health as well as the problems exist in current preventive healthcare system. The author also proposes his requirements for Chinese physician on how to face the challenge and meet the requests of healthcare service.
