摘要
目的掌握军队医疗机构的社会化保洁工作现状,探索医疗保洁的管理方法。方法采用现场监督的方法,对北京地区7所医院的5家保洁结构基本状况、从业人员体检、现场保洁程序、消毒剂使用等进行检查。结果5所医院的保洁工作机构质量有很大差别,体检、培训项目不统一;多数保洁实行了分区,有使用传统的保洁方法;洁具的清洗消毒存在交叉污染,消毒剂的配制缺乏规范。结论迫切需要对保洁机构的卫生进行规范和监督。
OBJECTIVE To investigate sanitation situation of the cleaning corporations serving for military hospitals and explore how to manage these corporations. METHODS Five cleaning corporations working in 7 hospitals were surveyed, including their basic condition, physical examination items of dust men, the cleaning program and the disinfectant usage, etc. RESULTS The cleaning quality of 5 cleaning corporations in 7 hospitals were very different, the items of physical examination and training were not consistent. The majority had adopted the cleaning method according to different places, but a few still not. The cleaning equipments in washing and disinfection might have chance of cross contamination. The disinfectants preparation did not accord with the criterion in some cleaning corporations. CONCLUSIONS Strict administration and inspection for the cleaning corporations should be performed to ensure medical safety.
