摘要
有机粮食在储存过程中会受环境条件、微生物、生物虫害等环境和生物因素的影响而产生损耗。从粮食呼吸的调控、粮食微生物的调控以及储粮害虫的防治几个方面介绍有机粮食储存方法以及研究进展。
During the storage process,normal loss of organic grains will occur due to the effects of environmental and biological factors.In this paper,the storage methods of organic grains and its research progress were introduced from the aspects including the regulation of grains respiration,the control of pests,and the regulation of grains microbes.
