摘要
天然色素不但具有独特的着色作用,还兼具营养、药效等功能。本文主要综述天然色素的特点、分类、药理作用、提取分离方法等,并对我国天然色素未来的研究发展进行展望。
Natural pigment plays an important role as colorant and also it can provide nutrition,prevent some diseases with its pharmacology functions. The article introduces the characteristics 、classification 、pharmacology functions and the method of extraction and separation of natural pigments,moreover points out the prospect of future development of the natural pigments.
