摘要
为了扩展出新的型线和建立便于优化的统一的数学模型,对通用型线涡旋压缩机的有关几何理论进行了详细的论述,推导了采用该型线的压缩机行程容积、型线方程、曲率、型线长度等计算公式,并修正了目前通用型线的有关几何理论,为准确计算该型线的压缩机动力学及性能指标提供了依据.
The governing equation for scroll comprssors is studied. In addition to typical profiles used in existed scroll compressors, it also develops new ones and helps to establish mathematical models for optimization. Serial equations are obtained to optimize displacement volume, profile, radius of curvature, curvature length, etc. The fundamentals for calculating the kinematics and property of scroll compressor are given.
