摘要
介绍了涡旋汽车空调压缩机动静盘工作时的径向密封和轴向密封的方式 ,分析其动密封的原理及其工作稳定性。指出影响径向密封的主要因素是动静盘之间的油膜表面张力、径向间隙、主轴偏心量、制冷剂及过热 ,而影响轴向密封的主要因素是线膨胀、偏磨。
The means of the radial sealing and endwise sealing of fixed and moving plate in scroll compressor for automobile air conditioning during they working were introduced.The principle of dynamic sealing and the stability of them are analyzed.The main factor affecting the stability of radial sealing are the surface tension of oil membrane, the radial gap, the shaft eccentricity,the refrigerant and the superheat were pointted out,affecting the stability of endwise sealing are the linear expansions, the eccentric weariness, endwise vibration and the superheat.
