摘要
介绍了渐开线和圆弧组合型线的生成方法和特点 ,建立了该组合型线的几何理论 ,并得出了组合型线的方程和设计计算公式 ,对该组合型线进行齿头双圆弧修正 ,得出了一种特殊的型线 ,并分析了其特点 。
The generation method and characteristics of combined profile composed of involute and circular arc are obtained.Its geometric theory is established.The equations and design formulations of this combined profile are given.A particular wrap profile is proposed by using a pair of circular arcs to modify the head of this combined profile, and its characteristics are also analyzed.The investigation results play a directive role for designing this combined profile and development of variable thickness wrap profile.
