摘要
阐述了涡旋压缩机涡旋盘的优化设计方法 .根据涡旋啮合的几何理论 ,导出涡旋型线的一般方程 .根据涡旋盘的基本结构和流体力学、机械运动学的相关原理 。
The paper explains the methods of optimization design of scroll compressor plate.According to the geometric theory of scroll contact,the authors present the equation of scroll line.Besides,in terms of scroll plate's structure and the correlative principles of hydromechanics and mechanical kinematics,the paper establishes the mathematical model of scroll plate's structural parameter optimization.
