摘要 Bcl-2和Bax是一对重要的凋亡调节基因,其调节过程广泛存在于全身各组织器官。研究.发现子宫内膜的周期性脱落依赖于bcl-2和bax基因的调节,bcl-2主要在增生期子宫内膜表达,排卵后表达迅速降低,bax在整个月经周期均有表达,增生期表达弱阳性,分泌期表达明显增强。功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)患者中子宫内膜组织的Bcl-2基因表达增加,Bax基因表达减少;Bcl-2/Bax比值失衡。 B-celllymphoma/leukemia-2 ( Bcl-2 ) andBcl-2association x protein (Bax) are a pair of important genes in the regulation of apoptosis, which are widely exist in tissues and organs. Studies indicated that endometrial periodic shedding depends on bcl-2 and bax gene regulation. Bcl-2 is mainly expressed of in proliferative phase endometrium and the expression rapidly reduces after ovulation. Bax is expressed in the whole menstrual cycle with weakly expression in proliferative phase, and is increased in secretory phase. In dysfunctional uterine bleeding endometrium , bcl-2 expression increases, while bax expression decreases and Bcl-2/Bax ratio is in imbalance. Here, the gene structure of Bcl-2 and Bax , their function and regulation Of apoptosis, and its relationship with DUB are be reviewed.
