摘要
中国人口产业结构正趋于合理，但总体水平仍低，表现为产业结构间不合理及其内部不合理．人口产业结构，中国与国际有巨大差异，同时各省域也差别明显．据此，提出调整各行业就业人口比重，引导产业间就业人口转移，有步骤有计划进行人口区域性转移，开展国际性劳务出口，实事求是选择多方位转移模式．
The population industrial structure of China is becoming rational,however its overall standard is low,characterized by unreasonableness among and inside industries.There is tremendous difference in population industrial structure between China and the outside world and between provinces as well.Based on the above,the paper puts forward the readjustment of employments proportion among trades,and argues that it is important to lend employment transfer among industries,carry out populations regional transfer step by step,develop international export of labor service and select transfer models in all aspects.
