摘要
分析和评述了国际经济地理学界新近出现的一个新方向 :来自经济学的新经济地理学和来自地理学的经济地理学有组织地交流和合作。讨论了新经济地理学的主要研究特点及其存在问题。这些新变化对经济地理学的可能影响包括 :不同观点融合将进一步加强 ,经济地理学地位会明显提高 ,前瞻性研究成果有望逐渐增多 ,新的经济地理学学派有望出现。对我国经济地理学研究的启迪包括 :科学地研究新经济地理学 ,正确对待学术研究的流派 ,在拓宽视野基础上求专精 ,培养严谨的分析习惯。
This paper reviews the recent developments in Anglo-American economic geography study, focusing on interaction between 'new economic geography' pursued by mainstream ecumenicists, and on-going studies on economic geography by geographers. Some features of the new economic geography are discussed. This new direction may affect development of economic geography in the following ways: (1) integration among various academic groups may be promoted; (2) the influence of economic geography on policy making may be enhanced; (3) predicting results may increase; (4) new research schools may emerge.
