摘要
在对以往的城市发展理论进行梳理后,提出城市可持续发展理论既要关注早期的城市发展理论的分散化与集中主义思想,又要关注现代城市发展理论中人与自然的关系。在吸收其精髓的基础上,以协同论、系统论、控制论和生态学理论为基础,结合区域可持续发展方面的应用理论,构建了城市可持续发展的基本理论,提出城市是可持续发展的载体,人是城市发展的主体,人的全面发展才是城市可持续发展理论的核心,并从学科、理论、哲学层面构建了城市可持续发展理论体系的组织框架。结合顺德市可持续发展规划,提出以公平、持续、协调、以人为本的城市可持续发展理论为指导,以三大目标的规划来解决发展中的三大矛盾,才能最终实现城市的可持续发展和人的全面发展。
The theoretical construction of urban sustainable development is an extremely important issue at present. This paper reviews the past theories on urban development and concludes that urban sustainable development should absorb not only the kernel of decentralization and centralization but also the relationship between human and nature. The paper also constructs the fundamental theory of the urban sustainable development on the base of the Synergetic science, System, Cybernetics and Ecology, and then puts forward that cities are the carriers of the sustainable development and human beings are the main part of the urban development, and the whole development of human is the core theory about the urban sustainable development. The paper establishes the theoretical system about the urban sustainable development from philosophy and other subjects. Shunde ranks first in ＂ one hundred strongest cities in China＂. The paper takes its sustainable development planning as the case study in the guidance of sustainable development principles of justice, harmony, and humanism. It tries to solve the contradiction between economic development and environmental capacity, production and living, development and protection, aiming at the unification of the three contractions and realizes the most development of human being at last.
