摘要
随着物流行业的飞速发展,全国各院校也在近几年开始开设物流管理、物流工程以及与物流相关的专业。这些学生的毕业,一方面丰富了物流企业对物流人才的甄选,另一方面也导致了物流管理及相关专业毕业生就业的问题。本文主要就大学生在物流行业就业中遇到的从业人员素质普遍偏低、物流企业规模也偏小、工资待遇偏低等方面的问题进行了分析,并提出了大学生在物流行业中成功就业的几点对策。
With rapid development of the logistic industry, logistic management, logistic-engineer and the related professions are set up in many colleges in recent years. These graduate students, on one hand, enriched the selection of the logistic enterprises, on the other hand, it leads many questions in logistic management and the employee. This article analysis the graduates in the logistics industry： the general low quality of employees, too small-scale the enterprises are, low wages and other aspects .At last, the paper makes some measures.
