摘要
针对准确计算转矩十分困难的问题,系统研究由人为选择的计算参数对低速轴向磁场永磁同步电动机(低速永磁电动机,Ls-A-Pmsm)三维磁场及转矩计算结果的影响。首先从理论上分析影响转矩的因素,然后通过实例计算,分析空间离散采用不同单元类型、不同剖分密度、轴向等效气隙尺寸以及麦克斯韦应力法不同计算路径等计算参数对计算结果的影响。通过大量对比计算并由实测数据验证计算结果,获得了既保证计算精确度又节省计算时间的三维磁场及转矩的计算参数选择方法,可为低速大扭矩电磁减速式同步电动机的设计提供技术支持。
As it is very difficult to calculate accurately the torque of low-speed axial magnetic field permanent magnet synchronous motor(Ls-A-Pmsm),the effects on the results by calculation parameters chosen artificially is studied.Firstly,through a real computing example,it analyzed the factor affecting the torque theoretically.Secondly,it analyzed how the spatial dispersion influence the torque result,by adjusting parameters like element type or sizes,radial layer in air gap,axial segmental number,silicon steel insulating layer,maxwell stress integration path,different rotor position under the same power angle and so on.By a large number of calcalations and measured torque results,finally obtained the selecting method of calculation parameter which is to ensure the accuracy and save computation time,and which can be as technical information of motor electromagnetic gear type as Ls-A-Pmsm for further design and study.
