摘要
减速式低速永磁同步电机(Ls-A-Pmsm)的特殊结构导致其与普通永磁同步电机起动过程的2D-FEM计算不同.以3D-FEM磁场及转矩计算得出的转矩随转速或时间变化特性曲线为基础,再以它作为其转矩仿真的依据,采用简化的时步有限元方法,从而实现对实际起动过程的仿真模拟分析.重点研究的过程包括:最大转矩时磁场转过的电角度以及反向转动的临界时刻;完成自起动并牵入同步能够最终起动的时刻;采用简化的时步有限元法分析该低速电机的起动过程;负载转动惯量的大小对起动过程和时间的影响.
The special characteristics of L0w-speed Axial Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (Ls-A-Pmsm) make it difficult to curately calculate torque with the 2D-FEM to common PMS motor. Based on the characteristic curve of torque-speed or time cal- culated by 3D-FEM, then using the simplified time-stepping FEM, the actual starting process simulation was achieved. These processes include : The electrical angle turned by magnetic field and critical moment of the reverse rotation when maximum torque time ; the completion moment of self-starting and of finally pulling into synchronization ; the application of simplified time-stepping FEM to analyze the starting process of this motor; the affections of load inertia to the starting process and time.
