摘要
本文利用有限元数值计算方法,系统研究了发电机转子本体部分的扭转刚度及其主要的影响因素。针对国产发电机的具体特点,本文首次给出了计算大型发电机转子本体部分扭转等效直径的公式,此外,还对转子上其他一些结构的模化作了探讨。本文还以200MW汽轮发电机转子为工程应用实例,计算了在下线前、完工后它的力学模型及其模态,并实测了它的若干低阶模态。理论结果与实测结果符合很好。
The torsional stiffness of a large turbogenerator rotor body and the factors influencing the stiffness are studied systematically in by using the finite element method. The formula calculating the equivalent diameter of torsional stiffness for domestic turbogenerator rotor is presented, and the modelling of some special structures on the rotor is discussed as well.As an example, we have calculated the natural frequencies and model shapes of a 200MW turbogenerator rotor before and after inserting the windings into its slots, and measured its several lower modes in works. The good agreement between calculating results and experimental ones shows that the modelling method presented here is correct and effective.
