低速永磁电动机转矩特性的三维有限元分析 被引量:16

摘要 针对轴向永磁减速式同步电机在设计与计算过程中存在的几个突出问题,诸如定转子所具有的特殊结构使齿槽效应很明显而导致用解析方法难以进行转矩的准确计算,以及磁场分布沿轴向变化导致二维有限元方法已不适用等,通过采用将三维有限元计算与实验研究相结合的研究方法,首次获得其转矩特性即电磁转矩与定转子相对位置及电流相位之间的关系曲线。实验研究还发现,虽然该类电机的堵转转矩随电流相位的变化正负波动,但仍然具有很高的起动能力。最后通过将所得到的转矩曲线与实测数据对比验证了计算结果的正确性。 For low-speed axial permanent magnet synchronous motor(LS-A-PMSM) existence several outstanding problems in design and calculation,e.g.the special structure of the stator and rotor obviously makes cogging effect,and difficult to accurately calculate torque by an analytical method,and for the magnetic field changes along the axis lead to the 2D-FEM being no longer applicable,the electro-magnetic torque change curves were obtained by the method of unifying the 3D-FEM and experimental study for the first time,which vary with the stator current phase angle and the rotor-stator relative position angle.The research also discovers that rotor blocked motor's output torque fluctuates with current phase,but still has very high start ability.Finally the torque curves obtained are verified by the measured data results.
