摘要
研究典型加氢工艺生产的三种喷气燃料馏分未加抗氧剂和加入抗氧剂常温储存时过氧化值的变化情况,加氢裂化和加氢精制的喷气燃料馏分的过氧化值随储存时间的延长快速增加;临氢精制喷气燃料馏分的过氧化值仅有微小的增加。进一步研究了加氢裂化和临氢精制喷气燃料馏分加入抗氧剂和不加入抗氧剂在60 ℃水浴中过氧化值的变化,深度加氢裂化喷气燃料馏分随储存时间的延长,过氧化值急剧增加;临氢精制喷气燃料馏分只有少量的增加,同时,对于加氢精制喷气燃料馏分加入10 μg/g 和20 μg/g 不同量抗氧剂,过氧化值变化基本相同。
The changes of peroxide values of three hydro processing jet fuels with and without adding antioxidant stored at room temperature were studied. The test result showed that the peroxide values of hydrocracking and hydro treating jet fuels increased with store time; however, the peroxide value of the jet fuel treated under lower hydrogen pressure only slightly increased. The same study carried at 60℃ for hydrocracking and lower hydrogen pressure treating jet fuels also exhibited the same result. The changes of peroxide values of hydro treating jet fuel with 10 μg/g and 20 μg/g antioxidant respectively were similar.
