摘要
针对长庆炼油化工总厂 3号喷气燃料馏分在白土精制后产生银片腐蚀问题 ,在实验室进行的模拟工业条件的试验结果表明 ,白土中的痕量单质硫与油中的微量硫醇性硫 ,在白土的催化作用下反应产生的痕量H2 S是导致银片腐蚀的原因。模拟试验还证明 ,采用石油化工科学研究院研制的RB 0 1特种吸附剂补充精制 ,可以解决喷气燃料中H2 S产生的银片腐蚀问题。
The cause of silver strip corrosion occurred in the jet fuel after clay treating was studied in the laboratory. It was found that trace hydrogen sulfide was formed by the catalytic reaction between the trace sulfur existed in clay and the small amount of thiols in jet fuel. The laboratory test simulated commercial conditions showed that the problem can be solved by a replenishing treatment with a newly developed RB 01 adsorbent.
