合成抗氧剂中酯交换催化剂的研究进展 被引量:6

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF CATALYSTS USED IN SYNTHESIS OF ANTIOXIDANTS BY TRANSESTERIFICATION

摘要 综述了抗氧剂合成中所用的酯交换反应催化剂。对5种重要的催化剂(包括钛化合物、碱金属化合物、碱土金属化合物、烷基锡化合物以及烷氧基铝)的优缺点进行分析与比较,指出单烷基锡类和烷醇铝是性能较优越和应用前景较好的催化剂。 The research progress of catalysts used in antioxidant preparation via transesterification was reviewed.The advantages and shortcomings of several important catalysts,such as titanium com- pounds,alkali metal compounds,alkali earth metal compounds,organic tin compounds and aluminium trialcoholates,were analyzed and compared.It pointed out that the organic tin compounds and the a- luminium trialcoholates are catalysts with better performances and application prospects.
