吸热型碳氢燃料的热氧化安定性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用静态法测定了自行研制的吸热型碳氢燃料ZH-100在加强氧化条件下的热氧化安定性能,用红外光谱检测ZH-100热氧化前后官能团的变化.结果表明,在160℃下加强氧化5 h后燃料组分中除了原有的—CH3和—CH2—官能团外,还明显检出了羟基、羰基和碳碳双键3种官能团,红外分析结果很好地解释了燃料经加强氧化后颜色发生变化的原因.通过碘量比色法对氧化过程中生成的过氧化物进行定量分析,解释了燃料的热氧化反应机理,评价了3种抗氧化剂的效果.结果显示合适的抗氧化剂可以使燃料的热氧化安定性有一定程度的提高. The thermal oxidation stability of an endothermic hydrocarbon fuel was investigated by the static state method under different strengthened oxidation conditions. The components of the fuel before and after thermal oxidation were analyzed by using IR. The functional groups of OH, C =O and C=C were obviously detected in the fuel after the thermal-treatment at 160 ℃ for 5 hours. Peroxide species was determined with colorimetry. The mechanism of the oxidative reaction of the hydrocarbon fuel was discussed. Effects of three kinds of antioxidants on the thermal oxidation of the fuel were measured. It was found that the addition of a suitable antioxidant can enhance effectively the stability of the endothermic hydrocarbon fuel.
