摘要
进行了 CL T酸甲苯磺化法生产工艺改进的小试和车间生产中试。使 CL T酸的车间总收率 ,从42 .8%增至 5 0 .2 % ,纯度由 97.6 %提高到 98.4% ;每吨 CL T酸的原料成本从 7980 .2元降至 7133.2元 ,大幅度降低了原材料消耗 ,减少了三废的排放量。获得了良好的社会和经济效益。
After improving the synthesizing procedure of CLT acid, the total yield of CLT acid workshop can reach 50.2%, the purity of the product can reach 98.4%. The production cost of CLT acid has been reduced by 847.0 yuan/t through cutting down the consumption of raw materials. The emission of the three wastes also goes down. The obvious economic and social benefits are obtained.
