摘要
用正交实验方法研究了从山莓叶中提取茶多酚的提取工艺,得到了提取茶多酚的最佳工艺条件。该工艺条件具有操作简单、产量高、无毒无污染、成本低等特点。
A technology of extracting tea polyphenols from leaf of Rubus corchorifolius has been studied by orthogonal experiment method to obtain the optimum technological condition of extracting tea polyphenols. This technology has the advantages of simple operation, high yield and low cost by using water as solvent which is poisonless and pollution free.
