摘要
西江油田某油井井管出现腐蚀穿孔现象,根据现场工况并结合SEM、EDS、XRD等技术手段对其腐蚀失效原因进行了系统分析。结果表明:油管材质的各项性能指标均符合标准要求,其失效的主要原因是CO2腐蚀、氧腐蚀和Cl-联合作用使得油管管体穿孔,油管内部的腐蚀性介质进入套管和油管的环空导致油管外壁的CO2腐蚀和氧腐蚀。
Tubing was perforated in some well of Xijiang oilfield.According to site conditions,the reason of corrosion failure was analyzed by SEM,EDS,XRD.The result showed that the perform-ances of oil pipe meet the API Spec 5CT standard requirement.Internal wall are damaged by CO2 corrosion,dissolved oxygen corrosion and Cl-,corrosive gas and medium come into the space be-tween casing string and tubing string corrode outer wall of tubing.
