摘要
L80油管一次送检合格率低,2006年只有80%左右,造成反复热处理,不但浪费资源,而且直接影响到了合同的清交和生产安排。据此,对其力学性能不稳定原因进行了分析,提出了相应的措施。
Oil tube L80 has a low first-time qualification rate, It＇s only about 80% in 2006, causing repeated heat treatment, not only wasting the resources, but also directly affecting contractual delivery and production arrangement. In view of the above, analyzed the reason of unstable mechanical performance of oil tube L80, and proposed the relevant step.
