N80油管在模拟凝析气田多相流环境中的CO_2腐蚀行为研究 被引量:11

Corrosion Behavior of N80 Steel in Simulated Environment of Natural Gasoline-Mineralized Water-CO_2 Multiphase Flow

摘要 针对凝析油气藏CO2腐蚀工况,利用高压反应釜开展了N80碳钢油管在模拟凝析油-矿化水-CO2多相流环境中的动态腐蚀试验。采用腐蚀失重、SEM和XRD分析测试方法,研究了温度、含水率及CO2分压等因素对N80油管腐蚀速率的影响规律。在高压反应釜模拟凝析油-矿化水-CO2多相流环境中的研究结果表明,N80油管试样腐蚀行为受凝析油在试样表面浸润吸附程度和模拟多相流产生的气泡腐蚀的控制,其宏观腐蚀形貌具有鳞片状不均匀腐蚀特征;在CO2分压0.3 MPa、含水率60%条件下,腐蚀速率随温度增加而减小;在CO2分压0.3 MPa、介质温度60℃条件下,腐蚀速率随含水率增加而增大;在介质温度30℃、含水率60%条件下,腐蚀速率随CO2分压增加而增大。 Corrosion behaviors of N80 carbon steel tubing were studied by simulating natural gasoline-mineralized water-CO2 multiphase flow in high pressure autoclave.Effects of temperature,CO2 partial pressure and water content on corrosion behaviors of N80 tubing were analyzed by corrosion weight loss,SEM,and XRD.The results showed that corrosion behaviors of N80 were dominated by natural gasoline wetted in the specimen surface and bubble corrosion caused by simulating multiphase flow in autoclave.Macro-morphology of N80 corrosion has non-uniform corrosion characteristics with the flake-like.When the CO2 partial pressure was 0.3 MPa and water content was 60%,corrosion rate increased with temperature decreasing.When the CO2 partial pressure was 0.3 MPa and temperature was 60 ℃,corrosion rate increased with water content increasing.When temperature was 30 ℃ and water content was 60%,corrosion rate increased with CO2 partial pressure increasing.
