Application of New Geosteering Technology in Thin Reservoirs

摘要 西江油田为薄层底水油藏,钻井难度大。为了保证最大限度在目标层中钻进,保证油田开发效果,引进了先进的地质导向工具,并研究了新的地质导向技术。水平井导向包括2个关键步骤:水平井着陆的导向和水平段钻进过程中的导向,确定了相应的水平井着陆和水平段钻进的导向原则。钻井结果表明在不钻领眼井的情况下全部一次着陆成功,并使水平段最大限度地穿越油层。通过西江油田开发井的成功钻探,证明了水平井地质导向技术是提高水平井效益的有效手段,为类似油藏开发提供了很好的借鉴。 In Xijiang Oilfield reservoirs were thin with bottom water and difficult for well drilling.In order to ensure well drilling at maximum level in the target zone and for oilfield development effect,advanced geosteering tools were introduced and a new geosteering technology was studied.The technology included two key steps:horizontal landing and horizontal section steering,the corresponding geosteering principles were determined for landing and horizontal section drilling.The result indicates that all the wells are successfully landed without pilot hole,and highest penetration rate is obtained in reservoirs.Through successful drilling in Xijiang Oilfield,it is demonstrated that the geosteering technology is the effective way to improve efficiency in horizontal wells,and it provides a very good reference for similar reservoir development.
