摘要
目的 探讨肝细胞癌癌组织中β- 葡萄糖醛酸酶(β- G) 分布规律。方法 应用免疫组化和免疫电镜技术对β- G 进行定位定量研究。结果 癌组织中β- G 的表达在细胞及亚细胞超微水平是一致的, 均明显高于正常组织, 其表达强度也随恶性程度增加而升高, 有显著差异( P< 0-01) 。结论 β- G 升高是与癌细胞物质代谢增加相适应的。β- G 作为体内一种酶标志,对肝癌的诊断及恶性程度判定有指导意义。
Objective To study the distributing of β-Glucuronidase in the tissue of hepatic cell carcinoma. Methods We detected β-Glucuronidase quantitatively and its location in the tissue using the technique of immunohistochemistry and immunoelectroscopy. Results The expression of β-Glucuronidase in the cell and sub cell level were similar, which were significantly higher than in the normal tissue. The higher of the malignant degree, the stronger of the β-Glucuronidase expression in cancer tissue ( P <0 01).Conclusion The increasing of β-Glucuronidase level in the hepatic carcinoma tissue was accompanied by the increasing of metabolize of the cancer cell. As a enzymatic marker in vivo, β-Glucuronidase detection has its clinical significance to the diagnosis of hepatic carcinoma and the determination of malignant degree.
