摘要
目的:研究人体乳腺导管上皮细胞内β-葡糖醛酸酶(β-Glu)超微结构水平的定位。方法:采用抗β-Glu抗体,胶体金探针及免疫电镜技术与方法。结果:标记β-Glu的金颗粒定位于内质网和溶酶体内。结论:为今后研究乳腺各种疾病和肿瘤β-Glu活性的变化,建立了一个正常的形态学研究模型。
Objective:To study the altrastructure localization of β-glucuronidase (β-Glu) in the human breast duct epithelial cells. Methods:Anti-β-Glu antibody, colloid gold probe, and immunoelectron microscope were used. Results:Golden grains labeled β-Glu were localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and lysosome. Conclusion:Successful localization of β-Glu in the endoplasmic reticulum and lysosome in the breast duct epithelial cells could be used as the normal morphologic model to study benign breast diseases and breast neoplasms.
