摘要
阐述了多孔硅微结构及主要发光机制,并讨论了微结构研究与发光机制研究中存在的问题,并提出改进制备及后处理工艺,纯化表面成分及状态。
The relation of microstructure and luminous mechanism of PS and problems in the research of PS in discussed. Improving the treatment method of PS, to purify the surface compositions of the PS, to improve the parity technology of silicon bound are useful way in the future research of PS.
