摘要
综述了硅基发光材料的研究新进展 ,分别以发光多孔硅、多孔碳化硅、纳米硅薄膜和发光硅基超晶格为例 ,分析讨论了其制备。
The researching advance on Si-based photoelectron materials was summarized.Light emitting porous silicon,porous SiC,namometer silicon film and light emitting Si-based superlattices were analysed on preparation,physics property and light emitting mechanism.
