PEG6000、PP_(333)和CaCl_2预吸胀处理对水稻种子耐铝性的影响

摘要 以铝敏感水稻品种湘中籼2号为材料,探讨了PEG 6000、PP333和CaC l2预吸胀处理对其耐铝性的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度的PEG 6000、PP333和CaC l2预吸胀处理后,可促进湘中籼2号的初生根伸长生长,显著提高其耐铝性,最适处理浓度分别为20%、50μmol/L和30 mmol/L。 Aluminum resistance of the rice seedling could be enhanced by pre-imbibition with some exogenous fators, before germination. Seeds of the Al-sensitive rice cuhivar Xiangzhongxian No. 2 were pre-imbibed PEG 6000, PP333 and CaCl2, respectively. Results showed that aluminum resistance was increased after pre-imbibition, and the optimum concentrations of PEG, PP333 and CaCl2 were 20% ,50μol/L and 30 mmol/L, respectively.
