摘要
模拟松嫩草地碱化土壤离子组成配制的混合盐溶液处理星星草幼苗,测定了叶片电解质和K+外渗率。其外渗率随盐胁迫的增强而增加,表明膜透性随盐胁迫的增强而增大。
We treated the seedlings of Puccinellia tenuiflora with mixed salt modeled the saltcomponent of the soilof Songnen alkalized grassland andinvestigated the leakage rate of electrolyteand k ̄+ in the leaves. The leakage rate increased with the increasing salt stress value,this indicatedthat membrane conductivity increase with the increasing stress value.
