摘要
制造业与服务业的联系与协作愈来愈紧密,这导致服务供应链受到人们的关注。本文以服务供应链的协作内涵与协作机理为理论基础,以成都神钢所领导的服务供应链为研究对象,运用单案例嵌入式研究方法,探索并讨论了成都神钢及其上下游企业的运营及协作状况。通过对成都神钢服务供应链上构成企业的运营分析,勾画出了它的服务供应链模型,从纵向、横向两个维度揭示了它在两个层面——合作与协调上的具体实践情况,很好地验证了服务供应链的协作内涵与协作机理;最后,本文对成都神钢服务供应链协作中所出现的问题给予了讨论和建议。
There is an increasing concern about the service supply chain because of the closer tie and collaboration between the manufacturing industry and the service industry.Based on the connotation and mechanism of the collaboration in the service supply chain,this paper conducts a case study of Chengdu Kobelco by employing the embedded single-case research method.It explores and discusses the collaboration between Chengdu Kobelco and its upstream and downstream businesses and their operations.The service supply chain model of Chengdu Kobelco has been sketched,disclosing the specific practice situation at two levels-cooperation and coordination.Finally,the problems in the service supply chain of Chengdu Kobelco have been discussed and some relevant proposals have been given.
