摘要
通过对青嫩玉米棒市场浅析,提出特种玉米开发的原则,并提出了适合速冻青嫩玉米棒加工的系列专用品种及速冻加工的工艺流程和注意问题。
The varieties of adapt speed freeze process and the technique of process fresh eating corn ear are discussed in this paper.Processing system is suggested that developing fresh eating corn should be concentrative.
