护生对临床带教老师素质及带教工作满意度的调查 被引量:20

摘要 目的了解实习护生对临床护理带教老师素质及带教工作的评价。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对6所三级甲等教学医院的1 097名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生除了对临床带教老师的仪容、仪表及专业技能素质满意率大于50%外,对其他项目(职业道德、敬业精神、人文素质等)的满意率均不足50%;护生对带教工作3个项目的满意率均不足40%。6所医院的实习护生对带教老师综合素质及带教工作整体满意率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论临床带教老师的综合素质偏低,带教工作有待于进一步提高。临床带教老师要不断更新观念,在不断充实、提高自己业务水平的同时,加强人文素质修养,增强带教意识和带教能力,以便更好地为临床教学工作服务。 Objective To comprehend nursing students′ comment on clinical nursing mentors′ qualities and on their clinical teaching.Methods Totally,1 097 nursing students from six top-notch hospitals were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire.Results Over 50% nursing students were satisfied with clinical mentors′ grooming and professional skills;less than 50% of them were satisfied with teachers′ other qualities(professional ethics,professional dedication,humanity,etc.).Less than 40% of nursing students were satisfied with 3 aspects of clinical mentors′ teaching.The overall satisfaction of nursing students from six top-notch hospitals with clinical nursing mentors′ qualities and with their clinical teaching had no significant differences(P〉0.05 for both).Conclusion Clinical nursing teachers′ comprehensive quality is less than satisfactory,and their teaching work needs further improvement.Clinical nursing teachers should update their perceptions,solidate professional qualities,strengthen refinement of humanistic quality,and improve teaching ability.
