摘要
为明确中药增效抗菌复方的抗感染作用机制,本实验进行其对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究。将受试药物按每千克体质量1 g、5 g和10 g的剂量对小鼠连续腹腔注射15 d,采用脏器系数测定法、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞法、乳酸脱氢酶释放法和MTT法分别对小鼠免疫器官指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、NK细胞活性、血清溶血素水平和淋巴细胞增殖能力进行测定。结果表明,该药物可以显著增加小鼠免疫器官指数,增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞活性,也可以明显提高血清溶血素水平和淋巴细胞增殖能力。因此,中药增效抗菌复方对小鼠非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能均有增强作用。
To study the effect of antibacterial enhancing compound of Chinese herbs,three group mice were injected into abdominal cavity with the drug at a dose of 1 g/kg,5 g/kg or 10 g/kg once a day for 15 consecutive days,repectively.The enhancement of innate immune responses was evaluated by using of organ coefficient method,macrophage phagocytic function test,LDH release method and MTT method.The results showed that the antibacterial enhancing compound of Chinese herbs was significantly increased the index of immune organs in mice,enhanced peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis and NK cells activity,and improved the level of serum hemolysin and lymphocytes proliferative capacity.Therefore,the non-specific and specific immune function in mice were enhanced by antibacterial enhancing compound of Chinese herbs.
