摘要
大学本科人才培养是高校一项重要职能.南京师范大学数学科学学院作为大学数学本科人才培养教学特区采取了4个典型举措：（1）实行本科生导师制培养模式;（2）开设原理课程和精品课程;（3）提倡积极主动的学习方式;（4）多元评价学生的学业成就.这些实践探索取得了明显的成效,为研究和解决高等学校数学类专业人才培养过程中的重点难点问题提供了值得借鉴的经验.
It is the primary function of university to educate undergraduates.As a special region of teaching,School of Mathematical Sciences of Nanjing Normal University has established four typical methods to educate undergraduates：（1） Implement the tutorial system to undergraduates;（2） Created the theory courses and quality courses;（3） Encourage the active and positive approaches to learning;（4） Evaluate students＇ achievements from multiple perspectives.The aforementioned have succeeded in a demonstrable manner,and have been useful samples for further research on issues related to the process of educating undergraduates of mathematics-majors.
