摘要
本文简述了几种常用的光谱干扰校正法:空白背景校正法、动态背景扣除法和干扰系数校正法,并在国产的ICP-AES 7502型光量计上实现了简便而有效的校正。
In this thesis, several compensation methods of spectral interference have been discussed. These methods,which have been realized on ICP spectrometer-7502B made in China, are efficient and convenient.
