摘要
本工作采用溶液试样,在标准中不加入基体,亦不对被分析样品进行分离富集的ICP-AES 等效浓度差减法,测定纯铂中十三个杂质元素。方法简便、快速、准确、并能节省大量的铂。
A method for the determination of Pd,Rh,Ir,Au,Ag,Fe,Ni,Cu,Al, Mg,Mn,Zn and Pb in pure platinum samples was developed by using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry with minus equivalent concentration method without separation and prceoncentration.The determination ranges in samples are 0.00010~0.0050% for Mg,Mn;0.00020~0.010% for Cu,Ag,Fe,Zn;0.00060~0.030% for Ir,Ni,Pb,Au; 0.00080~0.04% for Al,Rh;0.0025~0.120% for Pd.The relative standard deviation of above impure elements is 1.6~3.9%,The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can save a large amount of platinum in its analysis.
