摘要
用 Ｉ Ｃ Ｐ Ａ Ｅ Ｓ 法在 波长 ２１３．６１８ｎｍ 处 测定 钢 铁材 料中 磷时， 铜２１３． ５９８ｎ ｍ 对其 产 生很 强 的光 谱 干扰［ １ ］ 。本文定量地测定了该干扰系数。
In this paper,the spectral interference coefficients of copper line 213.598nm to phosphorus line 213.618nm has been determined.
