皖南花猪生长发育期血浆激素水平 被引量:9

The Serum Hormone Level in the Growth Period of Wannanhua Pig

摘要 测定了皖南花猪不同日龄血浆激素的水平,分析了随着日龄变化激素水平的变化规律。结果表明:(1)血浆中睾酮含量在30 日龄段(30 d)之前为1.1~1.3 μg/L,之后逐渐升至240 d 的5.22 μg/L。血浆睾酮水平与日龄段和生长激素之间的相关系数分别为0.931 8 和0.818 5;(2)雌二醇含量在刚出生时较高(32.97ng/L),210 d 为最高水平(63.49 ng/L),其他日龄段在10.0~19.5 ng/L水平。血浆雌二醇水平与日龄的相关性不明显,但与甲状腺素(T4 )的相关系数为0.904 9;(3)生长激素含量在150 d(0.76 μg/L)之前呈间歇性高低波动,之后逐渐上升至240 d 的2.91 μg/L,再逐渐下降至330 d 的0.44 μg/L(肥育猪)。血浆生长激素水平与日龄的相关系数为0.847 2,与甲状腺素(T4 )之间存在非线性相关(0.985 0);(4)甲状腺素(T4 )从出生时的81.23 μg/L 逐渐下降至150 d 的42.94 μg/L,随后逐渐上升至240 d 的44.80 μg/L,再逐渐降至19.7 μg/L(肥育猪)。血浆甲状腺素(T4 )水平与日龄的线性相关不明显,但其非线性相关系数为0.809 3。 The serum concentrations of hormones associated with growth in different day age of Wannanhua pig were detected. The results showed that: (1)The testosterone (T) in the serum before 30 d was 1.1 1.3 μg/L, then slowly increased to 240 d′s 5.22 μg/L. The correlation between the testosterone level and the day age, the growth hormone (GH) was 0.931 8 and 0.818 5 respectively; (2)The estradiol (E 2) in the serum was higher at birth, 32.97 ng/L, the highest was 210 d′s 63.49 ng/L. In the other days was 10.0-19.5 ng/L. The E 2 level′s correlation with the day age was not obvious, but was 0.904 9 with the thyroxine T 4; (3)GH before 150 d′s 0.76 μg/L showed intermittent up and down fluctuation, slowly went up to 2.91 μg/L at 240 d, and then slowly down to 330 d′s 0.44 μg/L (the finishing pig). GH′s correlation with the day age was 0.847 2, with the T 4 was the nonlinear correlation (0.985 0); (4)T 4 was 81.23 μg/L at birth, gradually decreasing to 150 d′s 42.94 μg/L, then increasing to 240 d′s 44.80 μg/L, at last decreasing to 19.7 μg/L (the finishing pig). The linear correlation between T 4 and the day age was not obvious, but the nonlinear correlation was 0.809 3.
