皖南花猪消化系统生长发育研究 被引量:16

Studies on Growth and Development on Digestive System of Wannanhua Pig

摘要 利用皖南花猪纯种仔猪64头,按1、30、45、60、90、120、180、240、300和360日龄段分别屠宰测定其胃重、胃底腺重、肝重、小肠和大肠的重、长度和单位长度重量以分析皖南花猪消化系统的生长发育规律。供试猪60日龄断奶,断奶后生长肥育猪供试日粮前期CP=17.5%、DE=2800kcal/kg;后期CP=15.0%、DE=2700kcal/kg;日粮粗纤维6.0%。建立了猪消化系统累积生长和异速生长模型。结果表明,仔猪自出生后,大肠的重量、长度及其比率的累积生长明显地快于小肠,胃底腺重占整个胃重的比例也逐渐下降;达到成熟后,大小肠重量、长度及单位长度重量之比,分别由初始时的0.40、0.26和1.83倍上升到1.55、0.33和3.92倍,胃底腺重量占整个胃重由初始时的59%下降到15%。各消化器官(y)间相对整体(x)的分化生长(y=axb)表现出明显的生长波动。小肠—肝—胃—大肠重的分化生长率(b)在0—2、2—4、4—8和8—12月龄段分别为0.9848—0.8958—1.0686—1.2128、0.5037—1.0068—1.0357—1.5783、0.8893—0.9918—1.1349? Stomach weight (SW),Weight of glandular tissue at gastric bottom (GW),liver weight (LW),small intestine (SI) weight (SIW),SI-length (SIL),SIW/SIL (SS), large intestine (LI) weight (LIW),LI-length (LIL),and LIW/LIL (LL) of 64 pigs from the pedigree Wannanhua pig farm have been measured at 1,30,45,60,90,120,180,240,300,and 360 d,respectively.All suckling pigs were fed with sow-milk,and 60 d after weanling were fed with a diet which in earlier stage consisted of CP=17 5% and DE=2800 kcal/kg,in post-earing stage of CP=15 0% and DE=2700 kcal/kg,and in all stage CF=6 0%.The results showed that the accumulative growth of LIW,LIL,and LL of LI were obviously faster than that of SI.GW/SW was gradually decreased from 1 d to 360 d.According to the accumulative growth model established,the values of LIW/SIW,LIL/SIL,and LL/SS from beigining-to ending-period of growth and development after birth were going up from 0 40,0 26,and 1 83 to 1 55,0 33 and 3 92,respectively.However,the values of GW/SW decresed from 59% to 15%.From the allometry modle (y=ax b),b s of SIW-LW-SW-LIW at the stages of 1~60,60~120,120~240,and 240~360 d were 0 9848—0 8958—1 0686—1 2128,0 5037—1 0068—1 0357—1 5783,0 8893—0 9918—1 1349—1 0392,and 0 8749—0 5850—1 5039—1 1652,respectively while b s of SS-LL were 0 7281—1 1485,0 3378—1 1704,0 9805—1 0037,and 1 5407—0 8855,respectively.
