摘要
对 ８个品种家兔的血糖等 １０项生理生化指标的测定，并经 ＬＳＲ检验表明，血糖浓度、血清胆固醇、血清蛋白质及分类的百分含量在各品种间存在较大差异，且与其生产性能有关：生产发育快的家兔的血糖浓度、血清胆固醇含量及血清总蛋白、球蛋白、β－球蛋白的含量较高，而清蛋白含量及清／球比率较低。红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、碱性磷酸酶及血清ＧＯＴ含量在各品种间差异均不显著。
The measurement and LSR examination of ten physiological and biochemical targets such as rabbit' s blood sugar show that great differences exist in the density of blood sugar and the Percentile content of serum cholesterol and serum protein among various breeds of rabbits. They are linked with their productivity. The rabbits grow faster when their density of blood sugar and their content of serum cholesterol,serum albumin and β-globulin are higher, but their albumin and A/G ratio lower. The differences in .the number of red cells and the content of HB, AKP and GOT of various breeds are not noticeable.
