摘要
根据青海省特定的自然生态环境,分析了造成青海地区春小麦营养品质、制粉品质和食用品质差的成因与表现。
According to special natural ecological environment of Qinhai province,the results of the poor nutritional qualities,poor processing flour qualities and poor edible qualities for spring wheat were analzed.
