Experiment Research on Gravity Separating Effect for Protruding Wheat Grains

摘要 用重力分选机加工了标准样,以标准样为样本模拟田间小麦籽粒受雨害的情况,培养了不同萌动时间的小麦籽粒,培养时间分别为8h、16h和24h,并与未萌动籽粒以5%、25%和45%的比例混合进行重力分选试验。试验结果表明,同一培养时间、同一混合比例,重力分选有一定分选效果,各分选口含有不同比例的萌动籽粒;同一培养时间、不同混合比例,混合比例越大,分选的效率越高,分选相对提高率越低;对于不同培养时间、同一混合比例,则培养时间越长,分选的效率和分选相对提高率越高。利用二元二次回归正交组合试验,建立了不同培养时间和不同混合比例重力分选试验的二元二次数学模型。 According to the principle of gravity separator, standard wheat grains is processed and used as the object. By simulating condition of wheat grains to be rained in field, wheat grains are cultivated at the different protruded time 8h, 16h and 24h, and the quality of protruded wheat grains falls whole and dry matter loss also increase with the protruded time. And protruded wheat grains are mixed respectively at 5%, 25% and 45% scales with non-protruded grains for gravity separating. Experimental results manifest, gravity separating has a certain effect to protruded grains and the weight percentages for protruded grains are different in each discharge hole at the same protruded time and mixed scale; the larger the mixed scale, the more separating efficiency and the less relatively improving rate at the same protruded time and different mixed scale; but the more protruded time, the better separating effect and relatively improving rate at the same mixed scale and different protruded time. Applying the dual and quadratic regression orthogonal combining experiment, the dual and quadratic regression equation for gravity separating experiment at different protruding time and mixed scale is established.
