摘要
目的探寻适合军队普通外科专科护士的最佳培训方式。方法应用自编、实用系列理论和操作培训教材,对46名学员全脱产培训3个月,采用入学测试→理论授课→临床实践→"一对一"导师督导→操作训练→教学查房→结业考核→结业答辩→定期反馈的培训模式进行培训。结果学员培训前后理论成绩分别为(69.90±8.96)分和(83.00±7.55)分,操作成绩分别为(70.60±7.06)分和(95.33±1.57)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);3个月结束时46名学员全部完成毕业答辩。结论军队普通外科专科护士培训教学模式可使学员得到思维、操作、表述、科研等全方位训练,有助于军队医院护理队伍和护理质量的提高。
Objective To identify the best training model for general surgery specialized nurses in military hospitals. Methods A series of theory and operation training books were compiled and applied in the training. A total of 46 trainees, received a 3 - month training coarse according to the new model. The new model constituted of admission test, theory, clinical practice, ＂one on one＂ tutoring, skills training,teaching rounds,graduation test, graduation reply,and regular feedback. Results After the training, the theory score and the operation score were （83.00 ± 7.55 ） and （95.33 ±1.57 ）. They both were significantly higher than those before the training （ P 〈 0.01 ） , which were （69.90 ± g. 96 ） and （ 70.60 ± 7.06 ）. All the trainees passed the graduation reply successfully after three months. Conclusion The training model for general surgery specialized nurses in military hospitals is a comprehensive training model, involving thinking, operation, expression, and research, and so on. It is helpful to improve the quality of nurses and nursing in military hospitals.
