摘要
目的探讨基层医院重症监护病房护士规范化培训的有效方法。方法根据护士应具备的素质、特点及临床工作的实际需求,采取按计划、有系统、分层次、多种形式进行培训及考核。强化专科知识及危重监护抢救技能。结果经过培训后,护士的专科理论及操作技能各项考核及对危重患者护理并发症发生率及病陪人满意度调查与培训前比较有极显著差异。结论对重症监护病房护士进行系统培训是提高和保证危重患者护理质量的有效措施。
Objective To research the effective methods of standard training for nurse in Intensive Care Unit （ICU） of basic-level hospital. Methods Aeeording the quality, characteristic of nurses and the clinical requirements, train and assessment the nurses on schedule, systematically, by different level and vari- ous ways, strengthen the specialized knowledge and the skill of intensive care and rescue. Result After training, there were significant difference of specialized theory, operate skill, nursing complieation of seriously ill patients and degree of satisfaction of patients with these before training. Conclusion The system training of nurse in ICU is the effective method to improve and ensure the nursing quality of seriously ill patients.
