摘要
目的调查区县级医疗机构中护士的继续教育需求现状。方法采用自制问卷分别对区县级医疗机构的606名护士进行调查。结果 94.39%的护士认为继续教育非常必要。培训内容前3位的依次是专科知识、医学新进展、科研知识,培训形式前3位的依次是科内培训、院内培训及外出参加短训班;不同职称、职位、学历、用工性质护士的培训需求不尽相同。结论对区县级医疗机构的护士继续教育培训非常必要,培训应根据不同级别护士分层次按实际需要进行,以提高培训效果。
Objective To investigate the nursing continuing education needs of nurses in district or county grade medical institutions. Method A total of 606 nurses from district or county grade medical institutions were recruited and investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The continuing educa- tion very necessary was considered by 94.39% of nurses. The top three of general training demands were professional knowledge, advances in medicine, paper writing and research methods. The main forms were department training, hospital training and attending training courses outside the hospital. Training needs were differed from educational background, positional titles, and positions. Conclusion It is very necessary for nurses in district or county grade medical institutions to carry out continuing education. The training should be provided according to the nurses＇ levels.
